他們怎能做到？ (趙武夷長老)
最近大家都很關注東京奧運，雖然目前在日本每天仍然有許多人人感染新冠肺炎，不過人們對運動的熱衷從古至今都沒有區別。每位運動員都需要經過漫長而艱難的訓練過程，每面獎牌都是辛苦訓練所得來的獎賞。聖經中也有許多如運動員般辛苦而得到獎賞的人。使徒保羅就是其中一位，他身體力行以激勵信徒用得獎賞的心志來傳福音、奔跑天路。在歌林多前書9:23-24中說：「凡我所行的，都是為福音的緣故，為要與人同得這福音的好處。豈不知在場上賽跑的都跑，但得獎賞的只有一人？你們也當這樣跑，好叫你們得著獎賞。」我們每個人現在都還在場上競賽當中。
不管你信主多少年，你願意生命被主更新嗎？跟當初信主時相比，你覺得自己更加愛主嗎？對主的愛不只是享受的愛，更是一種付出的愛，求神所賜的聖靈將神的愛澆灌在我們的心理，讓我們重拾起初的愛。
腓立比書 1:3-11 (和合本)
- 我每逢想念你們，就感謝我的神；
- 每逢為你們眾人祈求的時候，常是歡歡喜喜的祈求。
- 因為從頭一天直到如今，你們是同心合意的興旺福音。
- 我深信那在你們心裡動了善工的，必成全這工，直到耶穌基督的日子。
- 我為你們眾人有這樣的意念，原是應當的；因你們常在我心裡，無論我是在捆鎖之中，是辯明證實福音的時候，你們都與我一同得恩。
- 我體會基督耶穌的心腸，切切的想念你們眾人；這是神可以給我作見證的。
- 我所禱告的，就是要你們的愛心在知識和各樣見識上多而又多，
- 使你們能分別是非（或作：喜愛那美好的事），作誠實無過的人，直到基督的日子；
- 並靠著耶穌基督結滿了仁義的果子，叫榮耀稱讚歸與神。

- I thank my God every time I remember you.
- In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy
- because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now,
- being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
- It is right for me to feel this way about all of you, since I have you in my heart and, whether I am in chains or defending and confirming the gospel, all of you share in God’s grace with me.
- God can testify how I long for all of you with the affection of Christ Jesus.
- And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight,
- so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ,
- filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God.
