孤單，不孤獨！ (關國瑞牧師)
我們有一個共通的需要，就是我們生命需要被改變，這是每個人都希望得到的好消息，而耶穌基督不單是我們的救主，也是我們的好朋友。我們都不喜歡孤單，所以許多人喜歡跑到人群當中，但這並不能解決孤單的問題，因為即使是在人群中，你仍然有可能是孤單的。我們很難避免孤單，但是我們可以避免孤獨的內心。有一個好朋友相伴可以將一段漫長乏味的旅途變成一輕鬆有趣的過程。
「人為朋友捨命，人的愛心沒有比這個大的！」（約 15 :13）因為人生的道路長短不是按「地理」來算的，乃是以「情理」來匴的，當大部份人都在關注你飛得高不高時，只有少部份人關心你飛得累不累，這就是友情。
提摩太後書 4:9-17 (和合本)

- Do your best to come to me quickly,
- for Demas, because he loved this world, has deserted me and has gone to Thessalonica. Crescens has gone to Galatia, and Titus to Dalmatia.
- Only Luke is with me. Get Mark and bring him with you, because he is helpful to me in my ministry.
