你累了嗎？ (卓爾君牧師)
今天我們要來談 burnout (耗盡、倦怠)，burnout 可能發生在任何人身上，當然也會發生在牧師及一些屬靈領袖身上，只是有時候我們沒有察覺，因為 burnout 有各種不同的表達形式，例如上癮就是其中一種表達。當一個人在某些方面已經耗盡了，他就抓住其他地方來重新獲得興奮的感覺，這就是上癮。Burnout 原指火箭燃料耗盡的情況，現在則被用來指一個人在精神上的耗盡。當一個人感到挫折無力的時候，就會產生倦怠。今天我們要看所羅門寫的傳道書。由於傳道書很容易被斷章取義，所以讀傳道書務必要完整讀完。
經歷過 burnout 耗盡的人都太過自信，把自己的目標當作偶像，而忘記了神的教訓，他們無法享受神的恩賜，他們的倦怠顯示出自身的驕傲。當我們有空閒的時候，學習放鬆，享受神的恩賜吧，這是神的旨意，
傳道書 1:1-11 (和合本)
- 在耶路撒冷做王，大衛的兒子傳道者的言語。
- 傳道者說：虛空的虛空，虛空的虛空，凡事都是虛空。
- 人一切的勞碌，就是他在日光之下的勞碌，有什麼益處呢？
- 一代過去，一代又來，地卻永遠長存。
- 日頭出來，日頭落下，急歸所出之地。
- 風往南颳，又向北轉，不住地旋轉，而且返回轉行原道。
- 江河都往海裡流，海卻不滿；江河從何處流，仍歸還何處。
- 萬事令人厭煩，人不能說盡。眼看，看不飽；耳聽，聽不足。
- 已有的事後必再有，已行的事後必再行，日光之下並無新事。
- 豈有一件事人能指著說「這是新的」？哪知，在我們以前的世代早已有了。
- 已過的世代無人記念，將來的世代後來的人也不記念。
Ecclesiastes 1:1-11 (NIV)
- The words of the Teacher, son of David, king in Jerusalem:
- “Meaningless! Meaningless!” says the Teacher. “Utterly meaningless! Everything is meaningless.”
- What do people gain from all their labors at which they toil under the sun?
- Generations come and generations go, but the earth remains forever.
- The sun rises and the sun sets, and hurries back to where it rises.
- The wind blows to the south and turns to the north; round and round it goes, ever returning on its course.
- All streams flow into the sea, yet the sea is never full. To the place the streams come from, there they return again.
- All things are wearisome, more than one can say. The eye never has enough of seeing, nor the ear its fill of hearing.
- What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.
- Is there anything of which one can say, “Look! This is something new”? It was here already, long ago; it was here before our time.
- No one remembers the former generations, and even those yet to come will not be remembered by those who follow them.
